The story of Embutidos Calentejo began in 2002, when our master craftsman Antonio Rojas decided to embark on this path after more than 35 years of experience in sausage making. Today, with the addition of the second generation, we continue to perfect our recipes, offering gluten- and lactose-free products, made in the traditional way with the finest quality spices.
